A plastic, ‘toy camera’ made in Hong Kong in the 1960s.  You get 16 shots a roll using 120 film.  Due to the plastic lens, the images produced with this camera are often quite blurry…but in a beautiful and unpredictable way.  Vignetting and light leaks are also very common.

I love this camera because no matter how many rolls you run though it or how familiar you are with it, it’s still a surprise when you get the film developed.

This little gem is Lomography’s take on the original Diana from the 60’s.  Lomo has done a few interesting this with this version of the Diana such as adding a pinhole setting, a tripod mount,  and selling many additional add-ons.  I’ve been gifted said 35mm back and since I already have the original to send 120 film through I plan on using this one with mostly 35mm.

The Diana will always hold a special place in my heart but this one is fun to carry around as well because of the other features it has.

Another camera made by Lomography, this one being their take on a fisheye lens.  The circular images can be really fun but it does reduce the size of the negative to do so, using 35mm film only.  I’ve probably sent less than 10 rolls through this camera as it’s not my favorite but you never know what the future holds.

Pro Tip:  I hate the flash on this thing…it’s basically a waste because the long lens of the camera creates an obnoxious shadow in every frame you use it on.  Get a strobe and manually flash it above your head when photographing in the dark.

This Lomography camera is the little brother to the Horizon Perfekt.  It’s a panoramic camera using 35mm film capturing 120° using their high tech ‘swing lens technology’.  You may ask why I don’t just use a regular camera and crop my negs to be panoramic, and I’ll tell you.  It’s because I want a larger negative, not a smaller one, and the negatives with this camera end up being the almost the with of 2 standard 35mm negatives!

This camera is really fun to carry around since it forces you to look at the world differently, plus the viewfinder is pretty awesome in itself.
